Intro Recruitment has a great opportunity for a Construction Manager to work with an organization that is making a positive impact on Queensland's commercial property market. They are currently delivering a number of projects throughout QLD.
As a Construction Manager you will be in charge of an existing team of site and project managers. You will work on building and maintaining client relationships while overseeing the delivery on a variety of commercial refurbishments and upgrades. You will then be working closely with the State Manager to take the projects through to completion while growing the teams project portfolio.
Person
- Construction Management / Urban Development degree or equivalent
- Experience working as a Project Manager within a fit out or commercial building business
- Ability to manage a small team of Project Managers/Project Officers and Supervisors
- Experience on large commercial projects
Role
- Managing and working within a small but high functioning team.
- Networking and client entertainment
- Delivery of projects, quality, stakeholder meetings, fortnightly progress updates and budget reporting.
