We are seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman to join our team and manage the finishes program, quality, and safety on our current project, a state-of-the-art health and manufacturing facility. This project is a unique opportunity to work on a cutting-edge building with a mix of medical research and manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the finishes program, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
- Oversee quality control and safety procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Coordinate with specialist trades and equipment suppliers to meet project deadlines
- Identify and mitigate potential issues early on to minimize delays and costs
Requirements
