About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Supervisor to join our team at Frontline Construction Australia. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our building projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage and coordinate all aspects of building projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Site Supervision: Supervise and direct construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Certificate IV in Building and Construction or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven experience in construction management, site supervision, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Certifications: QBCC Site Supervisor License (minimum Building - Low Rise) and White Card.
