Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Management: Prepare a comprehensive Project Management Plan for the project and manage the implementation, liaising with the site staff to ensure that the specified quality of workmanship and finishes is being progressively achieved.
- Budget Management: Take ownership and responsibility for the project budget and liaise with site staff to ensure project targets are achieved.
- Program Development: Formulate and amend the construction program as required.
- Reporting: Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
- Problem Prevention and Resolution: Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
- Team Leadership: Establish a cohesive project team with defined responsibilities for assigned projects.
- Mentorship: Mentor staff as required to effectively carry out their assigned tasks.
- Qualifications: Trade or tertiary qualification in Construction, Engineering, or Building.
- Industry Certification: General Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card).
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years experience in a similar role.
- Preferred Experience: Aged Care or Industrial experience preferred.
