The Role:As the ANZ Sales Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Providing mentorship and development for the sales team and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
  • Implementing sales targets and KPI's to foster the continued performance of the team
  • Engaging in the full sales cycle, hands on approach to the sales strategy you create, this role can be quite on the road
  • Developing strong relationships with Real estate franchises and corporate real estate groups
  • Attending networking and industry events

About you:

To be considered for interview, you will have:

  • Consultative sales experience within the software sector
  • A proven track record in leading, motivating and developing a highperforming team
  • Strong client service and stakeholder relationship building experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a lean team and wear multiple hats in this development phase
