This is a 12 month fixed term contract and can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Value Proposition develop, implement and manage Cornerstone and Chubb Hub Value Propositions in conjunction with internal stakeholders such as National Relationship Manager-Cornerstone, National Relationship Manager-AR Networks, State Managers, Relationship Managers, Product Managers and Marketing team; as well as external suppliers
  • 2024 Cornerstone program launch
- this role will focus on rolling out the annual Cornerstone program benefits and calendar of milestones and events; including a number of Broker Learning & Development initiatives

  • 2024 Chubb Hub program launch
- this role will focus on developing the Chubb Hub Value Proposition; including the new program benefits, national webinars, workshops, competitions and joint content initiatives (such as broker newsletters and intranet pages) with AR Network marketing counterparts

  • Communications and campaign delivery deliver specific, focused marketing plans and campaigns to help brokers sell Chubb propositions and products to their clients, constantly positioning Cornerstone and Chubb Hub as premier elite broker programs in the Australian market. Create, drive and execute Quarterly newsletter content in conjunction with the Marketing team; and Monthly Call Plan content with Product and Relationship Managers
  • Events, Broker Training and Conferences
  • Coordinate all aspects of Cornerstone and Chubb Hub program events from invitation, design, delivery and RSVP management through to venue sourcing, supplier negotiation and overall event management. This also extends to all virtual events or webinars and may include some oversight of Chubb's participation or involvement in external partner events
  • Reporting
- working with Finance and Head of Data & Analytics to enhance and improve reporting for all areas of Cornerstone and Chubb Hub. This will include but is not limited to monthly analysis of new business production, renewal retention and GLR reporting

  • Producer Code Management
  • National coordination of Producer Codes to ensure portfolio growth and profitability is tracked by region
  • 2025 Key Partner Program Planning working with Head of Independent Brokers, National Relationship Manager-Cornerstone and National Relationship Manager-AR Networks; strategic planning of 2025 Key Partner Programs
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, with strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel including pivot tables, charts and basic data management
  • Ability to demonstrate high degree of credibility and influence among stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to work independently on assignment of moderate to high complexity
  • Experience in Marketing and all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
  • Proven experience in stakeholder relationship management
  • Relevant product and industry knowledge
  • Solid understanding of sales processes
