About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at Plenti Pty Limited. As a key member of our partner lending programs team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality service to our key partnership programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a key point of contact for lending program partners, ensuring effective communication and driving the day-to-day activities of our partner lending programs.
  • Assist in developing Plenti's strategic partnership plans and commercial negotiations for new partner and product development.
  • Project management and delivery, including defining project timelines, chairing meetings, and ensuring relevant stakeholders are accountable for their area of delivery.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities within partner lending programs and products.
  • Prepare clear and informative analysis and presentations for partners and senior Plenti management to drive new business initiatives and manage the execution of joint projects.
  • Oversee the measurement and reporting of partnership performance metrics and service level agreements.
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a financial or professional services business, preferably with experience in banking, consulting, or a high growth startup environment.
  • Strong project management, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Strong and confident written communicator and presenter.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • A strong academic background with a desire to develop new skills.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, ability to develop and manage relationships across a range of disciplines.
