**The Role**

In this role, you will be responsible for the development, delivery, and ongoing management of a nationally consistent, guiding sales and distribution framework. This includes:

  • Developing and implementing a cornerstone value proposition
  • Managing Chubb Hub value proposition
  • Communications and campaign management
  • Market-wide broker learning and development
  • Market-wide broker engagement events
  • Reporting
  • Producer code management
  • Strategic segment planning

**Key Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing, implementing, and managing cornerstone and Chubb Hub value propositions
  • Launching the 2024 cornerstone program, including broker learning and development initiatives
  • Developing the Chubb Hub value proposition, including national webinars, workshops, competitions, and joint content initiatives
  • Delivering specific, focused marketing plans and campaigns to help brokers sell Chubb propositions and products
  • Coordinating all aspects of cornerstone and Chubb Hub program events
  • Working with finance and head of data and analytics to enhance and improve reporting
  • Managing producer codes to ensure portfolio growth and profitability
  • Strategic planning of 2025 key partner programs

**Requirements**

You will need:

  • Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite, with strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and basic data management
  • A high degree of credibility and influence among stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to work independently on assignments of moderate to high complexity
  • Experience in marketing and all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
  • Proven experience in stakeholder relationship management
  • Relevant product and industry knowledge
  • Solid understanding of sales processes
