Our client is seeking an motivated individual to join this busy department to provide high level administration and customer service support.
Duties will include:
- Undertake accurate computerbased processing and data entry.
- Prepare and update documents using Microsoft Office programs.
- Support Tribunal decision makers during hearings.
- Manage the needs of clients and the general public effectively.
- Prioritise tasks in a fastpaced, highvolume environment.
- Provide accurate information to registry staff and Tribunal members.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required by Team Leaders and/or Manager.
Skills required:
- Deliver strong verbal communication skills, in particular communicating effectively with internal and external customers.
- Selfmotivated and demonstrate an ability to deal with sensitive information accordingly.
- Possess the ability to work as a team member through active involvement in the pursuit of team objectives.
- Demonstrate effective written communication skills, in particular the ability to draft accurate and concise business letters, memos and reports.
- Maintain high level attention to detail to ensure that the work produced is accurate.
- Have the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
This position is due to start as soon as possible, please make sure you are available to start by the 11th of September.
