The Opportunity This is your chance to leverage your proven sales expertisewithin a dynamic and progressive organization.

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be entrusted with managing a territory anddeveloping a deep understanding of client needs.

Your focus will beon exceeding sales targets, fostering long-term relationships, anddriving significant revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan toachieve ambitious revenue goals.
Identify and cultivate high-value leads, transforming theminto loyal and profitable customers.
Build strong, long-term relationships with existing andprospective clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
Negotiate and close complex deals, exceeding clientexpectations and securing maximum value for Maxi TRANS.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity,identifying new sales opportunities.

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of successful experience in a senior salesrole.
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotasconsistently.
Strong understanding of B2 B sales methodologies and thesales cycle.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentationskills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
Deep understanding of our industry or a related technicalfield (preferred).
A passion for exceeding expectations and a relentless drivefor results.
