Solution Sales is striving to innovate within ServiceNow's go-to-market (GTM), enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to our remarkable journey to $20B+. We are moving quickly, and due to our rapid growth, we are assembling a team of ERP Solution Sales Executives to boost the success of our expanding ERP solutions portfolio. Our unified platform at ServiceNow enables businesses to develop a strong core strategy for modernizing their ERP. We aid customers in identifying points of friction in their ERP environments, implementing applications and predefined workflows or low-code / no-code solutions, and striving for continuous enhancement of their critical ERP systems. The ERP Solution Sales Executives will play a crucial role in nurturing and expanding our growing ERP product range while ensuring exceptional user experiences for our customers.

ServiceNow is in search of seasoned Solution Sales Executives with a proven track record of achievements in early-stage and high-growth markets. We require experts who engage with customers to offer innovative business solutions effectively.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess extensive knowledge of SAP and/or Oracle ERP, along with the relevant technologies in this field (BTP, ECC, S/4 HANNA, Ariba, Coupa). This role will focus on our low-code app development App Engine for ERP modernization products (SAP, Oracle, etc.) with the collaboration of Sales, Channel Partners, Product Management, and the executive team. The candidate will be involved in all phases of a C-level sales cycle in depth.

This opportunity provides a crucial role in expanding a fast-growing business. The perfect candidate should be a skilled sales professional, adept at collaborating within a complex sales environment to achieve success. They should possess exceptional relationship-building skills and be an inquisitive individual capable of gaining trust across the sales ecosystem and different business sectors with our customers (finance, procurement, IT, risk). Prioritizing deal engagement to ensure maximum success across a large sales region is vital for this role.

  • Collaborate with the ERP Specialist Solution Consultant to formulate and implement a go-to-market strategy for your designated territory.
  • Foster and expand a new business with an entrepreneurial mindset while benefiting from the solid foundation of a broad GTM engine that consistently drives remarkable growth.
  • Utilize profound domain expertise to generate leads, cultivate and progress opportunities, and support core field teams in finalizing ERP deals.
  • Achieve the NNACV quota for the ERP product line in your territory.
  • Offer timely and dependable insights into the current quarter forecast and the overall business health for multiple quarters.
  • Execute GTM strategies in partnership with WF/BU & cross-functional business partners, including marketing, partners, geo-aligned solution sales, digital sales, core field sales, and others.
  • Contribute as part of a small, geographically dispersed team of solution sellers dedicated to nurturing and expanding our ERP product line.
  • Provide feedback to the product management team regarding enhancements that can address customer needs and add more market value.
  • Enhance ServiceNow's sales capacity by supporting initiatives for executing ERP enablement priorities, expanding field domain expertise, and ensuring competitive readiness.
  • Offer guidance on target account selection and prioritization. Work closely with geo-aligned solution sales specialists and core sales teams to develop and implement ERP strategies and activities.
  • Promote sharing of best practices among field teams and contribute to a robust virtual community focused on ERP.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Over 15 years of sales experience, particularly with new or incubation products.
  • Extensive sales, market, and product knowledge related to ERP, with specific expertise in selling ERP enterprise software within a large, global matrixed sales organization.
  • Prior experience in a specialized sales organization is preferred. Familiarity with the ServiceNow low-code platform is an advantage.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to influence across all functions within the sales ecosystem.
  • Understanding of customer buying preferences, market dynamics, and key drivers, with the ability to translate them into sales engagements that deliver value to customers.
  • A consistent history of sales excellence, meeting and surpassing team quotas
  • Exceptional knowledge and demonstrated skills in sales techniques, customer interaction, customer relations.
  • Strong forecasting and reporting capabilities, with a solid grasp of key financial metrics, ROI assessment, and market insights analysis for the short and long-term health of the business.
  • A proven track record of successfully selling to large enterprise-level customers and building relationships at the C-suite level.
  • Robust organizational, communication, teamwork, presentation, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • A proactive individual with a collaborative mindset for team success.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary (30-50%)
