  • Accountable for contributing to the Vision, Purpose, and Strategy for Home Internet Commerce at Optus.
  • Assists the Senior Digital Sales Manager- Home in identifying opportunities and executing key strategic business initiatives across Optus for Home.
  • Responsible for implementing strategies that drive sales for Online Sales Webchat for Home Internet, providing customers with a seamless navigation experience between self-serve options and webchat interfaces.
  • Ensures accurate and high-quality data is processed efficiently to support Online sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Promotes a Digital-first culture within Optus to enhance customer experience and growth in Digital and physical channels.
  • Engages in Digital thought leadership at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Participates in transformative initiatives to promote Digital adoption and enhance Customer Experience.
  • Monitors market and performance insights in real-time.
Your skills to pay the bills
  • Tertiary Qualification in Sales, Commerce, or Marketing.
  • Solid background in eCommerce best practices.
  • Experience in developing and enforcing effective work methods and standards.
  • Ability to utilize insights to drive positive sales outcomes.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Proficiency in coordinating and executing sales campaigns across various channels.
