We are looking for a motivated individual, who is a self
- starter, loves a fast-paced environment and can build great stakeholder relationships.
Providing industry knowledge to our consumers and clients; both legislative and regulatory, along with delivering exceptional service as the face of our brand over the phone within the Experian Credit Bureau.
What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian
- Excellence in Customer Service Standards and attention to detail
- Knowledge if Credit Bureau and Legislative Obligations
- Exceptional Communications skills both written and oral
- Highly skilled telephone manner, customer service skills, active listening skills
- Strong Team Player
- Management of External and Internal Stakeholders
Qualifications:
Work that matters - What you'll be doing
_Consumer and Client Operations _
- Day to Day Case Management for Client and Consumer enquiries within the Bureau.
- First time Resolution of Consumer and Client calls within the Call Centre and Tier 1 Client support for Experian products, systems, and knowledge
- Supports On-Boarding Clients, including Client Due Diligence, Client maintenance and offBoarding
- Educates consumers on legislation, Bureau updates and regulations.
- Provides support to Internal and External Stakeholders.
