THE ROLE
- Manage an "end-to-end" portfolio of workers compensation claims across the comcare scheme
- Drive RTW outcomes while supporting all parties involved
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to achieve best practice outcomes
- Act as 2IC to team leader and assist with mentoring staff
- Act as a referral point for any complex matters
ABOUT YOU
- Comcare experience is essential
- Minimum 3 years case management experience in the workers compensation space is essential
- Leadership experience is ideal
- High attention to detail - excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
