Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Case Manager to join our team in a full-time, permanent capacity. As a Senior Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex customer cases, providing exceptional service, and ensuring timely resolution of claims.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a high-volume caseload, prioritizing and resolving customer cases in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including claims handlers and underwriters, to ensure seamless case management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through effective communication and issue resolution
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a case management or claims handling role, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex cases and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing competing deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of case management
