In-house design, corrugating, printing, die cutting and finishing services ensure stringent quality standards are met through every stage of production.
The Role
Visy Glama is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative based on-site in Wodonga. This is a busy and highly varied role. You will be constantly challenged while managing customer relationships effectively, and in line with Visy Values.
Your key areas of responsibility will be, but are not limited to:
Safety - To have a proactive approach in Safety and Environment Management Systems (Mesh Elements) and also to be proactive in our strategies of Continuous Improvement in World Class Manufacturing Standards. Customer Management Stock control Ordering and processing orders for external materialsResponsibilities include:
Receive and process customer orders Communicate with customer regarding delivery timings of orders Keep customers updated with any changes in order status Ensuring all customer details are kept up to date and are accurate Update and distribute customer KPI reports Working closely with the site scheduler and sales team members
