This is a 6-12 month maternity leave contract where you will provide our customers with a great experience and work as a member of the branch team to achieve overall results through exceptional sales and service.
Key Responsibilities- Serve customers with a high level of professionalism and provide expert advice on our product range.
- Prepare accurate quotes for customers and develop strong relationships to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a product knowledge expert to help customers find the products they need and provide solutions to their electrical needs.
- Work collaboratively with the branch team to ensure our branch is presented in the best way and that our customers receive an exceptional experience.
- Customer and sales focused with experience in a similar role.
- Excellent problem solving skills to support our customers to find what they need.
- Proficient with computer technology and systems – we will train you.
- A positive and optimistic attitude and a high level of initiative to support your team members and customers.
- A strong sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a trades environment will get you off to a flying start, but it is not essential if you're passionate about learning our industry and product range.
