Position Summary:

In this position, you will report to the Customer Care Team Leader and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities include processing and reviewing orders, and promptly responding to customer inquiries. Your role will require providing top-notch service, contributing to business growth, and sales expansion. This opportunity is located in Scoresby, Melbourne, offering a blended work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver unparalleled service and collaborate with all departments to enhance the customer experience.
  • Accurately process orders and encourage customers to utilize our digital platform for quicker access to information.
  • Document all interactions in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Create Return Authorizations and credits in adherence to company policies.
  • Proactively communicate opportunities, challenges, and leads internally, including directing potential sales leads for follow-up.
  • Establish effective communication channels with customers and colleagues to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Demonstrate agility and problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions.
  • Adhere to processes related to regulated activities.
  • Follow quality standards and operating procedures set by the company.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while embodying the company's values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement.
  • Identify and address areas for improvement proactively.
  • Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies to ensure a safe workplace.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year in customer service or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong digital proficiency and a willingness to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Remain composed and professional in challenging situations.
  • Results-driven with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at problem-solving.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and a sense of humor.
  • Experience collaborating within teams to serve internal and external customers.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • University degree in Science or Business is preferred, along with relevant experience.

Additional Information:

  • Occasional work on public holidays and outside regular hours may be necessary. On-call duties may be required to support critical operations.
