As part of the Financial Services Department, the Working Capital Team is a dynamic and supportive team that works together collaboratively to deliver excellence.

Responsible for the management of the Firms Working Capital, the team are required to ensure that billings, collections and receipting are delivered in an efficient and timely manner to meet with the Firms KPI's on a month-to-month basis.

The position of Finance Administrator is responsible for supporting the Working Capital Team in many aspects of their core functions, from daily Bank reconciliations, E-billing, Billing, and more.


Ideally you can demonstrate a solid work ethic, and have existing experience in a general Admin role and a willingness to learn new things.

A positive attitude, high emotional IQ and sense of humour will be highly valued.

This is a full-time,12-month fixed term contract.

  • Previous Trust or Finance Clerk experience in a law firm or professional service environment;
  • An ability to work collaboratively with other members of the team by displaying high standards of conduct, and supporting the overall objectives of the team;
  • Excellent client service skills and professionalism by responding appropriately and promptly to all forms of communication to deliver high quality client service;
  • Attention to detail, ability to work efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines;
  • Manage competing priorities; and
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with our Bank contacts, external auditors, Law Society and our Partners.
