Located in their Maitland office over a 7-day fortnight, our client is seeking a customer service professional to join their team.
This role is for an initial 7-month duration with the view to extend to a permanent role for the right person.
You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to their diverse customer base, focusing on complex and vulnerable customers in the Community Services sector.
You will be the first point of contact, managing high-volume customer queries over the phone.Your responsibilities will include providing advice on account enquiries, payments, repairs & maintenance and tenancy management issues whilst ensuring a customer-centric approach.
You will be experienced and highly resilient, with a background in customer service roles and experience in community serviceResponsibilities include:
- Provide accurate and timely information to customer inquiries
- Manage appointment scheduling, and handle administrative tasks.
- Provide advice, process payments, and manage repairs and maintenance inquiries
- Adhering to best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Proven experience in customer service in a highvolume work environment
- Ability to relate to people from diverse social and cultural backgrounds
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive issues
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office software
