Introduction:

The role:

  • Build and maintain relationships and networks across all relevant sectors, identifying leads, creating brand awareness.
  • Ability to travel when required.
  • Working with the Senior Leadership team, develop and implement strategies for growth.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, tender and grant opportunities, partnerships, and marketing channels.
  • Conduct market research and data analysis.
  • Work with the BD team to identify and respond to competitive tenders.
  • Assist with the development of future service delivery model design.
  • Lead the implementation of new business.
  • Maintain and promote organisation reputation with government department and stakeholders.
  • Responsible for accountability against KPI's and Targets

Description:

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and networks, ideally with strong.
connections across the not for profit and private sector.

  • Demonstrate cultural competency and an understanding of Aboriginal community protocols and cultural responsibilities.
  • Experience in or ability to develop business plans/marketing plans and/or tender/assist with grant responses.
  • Experience within or strong appreciation of the NDIS and or Employment Service sector
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to undertake a National Police Check
  • Willingness to obtain NDIS National Workers Screening Check

Skills and Experiences:

As a bonus, you will have:

  • Experience with user experience design/design thinking methodologies.
  • High level of understand of Microsoft suite.
