THE OPPORTUNITY


The Manager Business Analysis Product is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective end-to-end business processes and improvements within Product to enable the realisation of a ONE TAFE operating model.


The Manager Business Analysis will oversee the TAFE NSW Curriculum Management System (CurMS) product data catalogue and be responsible for surfacing, data mapping and providing insight into key performance metrics that need to be tracked and reported on as part of Product & Quality Groups strategic initiatives.


ABOUT YOU


As the Manager of this team, you'll guide and support the team to ensure the smooth operations for business-critical data sources, Power Platform systems and PowerBI dashboards developed and owned by the Product and Quality Group.


You'll be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of the existing and newly developed dashboards and Power Platform suites that the business uses for day-to-day operations.


You'll be a confident communicator with the ability to inform, motivate and coach others as well as having the ability to build and maintain strong business partnerships.

You will have outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills to develop solutions to complex business problems.


You will have demonstrated experience in leading teams and projects that require strong business analysis and data analytics skills and deliver results that meet organisational strategic objectives.

You will also have the ability to make decisions on complex and sensitive issues through detailed analysis.

In addition, you will have the following:

  • Degree qualification in related field or equivalent industry experience, knowledge, and skills.
