Company Overview:

This role is with a well-established development and asset management group.

The group is focused primarily on affordable housing developments ranging from townhouses, and apartment developments to urban regeneration, mixed-use, and community developments on a significant scale.


The Role:

Due to the varied nature and scale of projects, the role of the Development Manager is diverse and includes all aspects of the development program; ranging from strategy, planning & feasibility, design development, through to procurement & engagement of consultants/contractors;
- plus the management of those relationships alongside the administration of the associated contracts.
