Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role requires an organised, confident individual who can mainly co-ordinate technicians and assist the Service team Part Time 5 days a week during school hours.

Responsible for interacting with customers to provide and process administrative information in response to enquiries, concerns and requests regarding the installation, servicing, and repair of customer's medical equipment.

What you'll be doing:
_**- Managing all service calls in a timely and accurate manner, demonstrating excellent customer service, including customer or Service Engineer (SE) follow up where required

  • Monitoring the activity of SEs to ensure optimal use of all our resources including those jobs are prioritised correctly and meeting contractual obligations
  • Where necessary, resourcing issues are escalated to the Operations Supervisor/Service manager for resolution
  • Reallocating/rescheduling declined/returned jobs whilst always maintaining contact with customers for upcoming job completion
  • Communicating with engineers and customers regarding completion estimate time frame for their breakdown/service.
  • Maintaining filing of all service reports for all jobs
  • Commissioning and decommissioning products on service system as required
  • Monitoring service communication system receiving and actioning messages from Service Engineers
  • Asset management in Mex
  • Editing service reports to suit Ramsay Health's requirements and uploading to Mex & Ramsay's internal filing system
