About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Funeral Service Coordinator to join our team at InvoCare. As an Arranger and Conductor, you will play a vital role in supporting families during a difficult time, helping them to arrange and prepare all aspects of the funeral service for their loved one.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, coordinate, and implement all aspects of the funeral service, ensuring that families receive exceptional care and support.
  2. Work closely with families to understand their needs and preferences, providing guidance and solutions to help them honor their loved one.
  3. Direct the team and provide support and guidance to families on the day of the funeral.

Requirements:

  1. Strong customer service ethos and ability to deliver exceptional service to families.
  2. Professional attitude, empathy, and compassion when working with grieving families and the deceased.
  3. Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  4. Possess a full, unrestricted driver's license.
