Position Available:

We are looking for a Clinical Engagement Specialist to join our Clinical Engagement & Patient Safety team. This role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals across NSW to shape digital health strategies that enhance patient care.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day clinical engagement and relationship activities
  • Provide advice on development and training strategies for clinical users
  • Contribute to governance support and communication efforts
  • Support relevant governance groups and executive leadership
  • Assist in planning and executing events and marketing activities

Your Qualifications:

  • Extensive clinical experience and relevant qualifications
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer relationship management
  • Strong communication skills and governance expertise
  • Ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Knowledge of health ICT and clinical technology
  • Project management skills and strong customer service orientation
  • Experience in translating between clinical and ICT domains
