Gentle Endodontics are a group of dental (Endodontic) specialists that provide root canal therapy and various surgical procedures to the highest levels using state of the art technology, in state of the art clinics (in Double Bay, Chatswood and Parramatta). We are seeking an experienced dental receptionist/assistant to join our well established clinic in Chatswood.

This position is based primarily at our Chatswood branch with 2-4 roster days a week (with occasional optional travel to the Parramatta branch). Your part in the ongoing success of this company will see you involved day-to-day in a variety of roles, including but not limited to:

1) General administrative assistant tasks.

2) Checking patients in and out, answering phone calls and booking appointments for patients (training will be provided).

3) Writing clinical reports (training will be provided).

4) Sterilization/infection control

Required skills:

1) Must have at least 12-months experience in a similar role (dental receptionist and/or dental assistant). A qualification in dental assisting or practice management/business admin is a plus.

2) Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

3) Excellent time management skills.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $29.00 – $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 21 per week

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
