Description:
As a Workplace Services Officer, you'll manage timeframes, provide assistance and advice to a range of stakeholders to support the delivery of outstanding service in effective building and workplace operations.
You will provide our clients with a professional working environment, ensuring a clean, safe, productive and sustainable workplace for all employees.
Duties:
- Provide sound advice and recommendations on a range of routine to moderately complex enquiries from stakeholders in relation to a broad range of Facilities Management services
- Be accountable for undertaking a range of Facilities Management activities and seek assistance when required
- Assist in the provision of facilities management, accommodation and the purchase of workplace goods and services for clients
- Manage client expectations by providing facilities and accommodation support including, but not limited to, assets and equipment management, building maintenance and fleet management
