As a leading national player, they're seeking a passionate and driven Sales Co-ordinator to join the Pre-Contracts team. If you're ready to take your career to the next level and be part of something truly exciting, keep reading

The Role:
As a Sales Co-Ordinator, you'll be the linchpin between internal teams and valued customers. Your primary mission? Craft compelling proposals, nurture client relationships, and champion services.

Here's a snapshot of what you'll be doing:

  • Engage directly with both internal and external stakeholders during the quotation process.
  • Develop accurate pricing and quotations aligned with our company procedures and established price lists.
  • Harness customer leads, providing valuable insights to our business development team.
  • Keep the CRM/ERP system uptodate with quotations and rates, while also providing insightful winloss rate analysis, trends, and new opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:
We're seeking a detail-oriented, analytical thinker who possesses the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business or an equivalent discipline (highly desirable).
  • 5+ years' experience in sales, project coordination, or business administration roles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities.
  • Powerful communication and influencing skills, with a knack for issue resolution.
  • Proven negotiation and conflict mediation skills.
  • Ability to synthesize information from various sources into comprehensive offers.
  • A multitasking maestro, skilled in managing multiple customers and tasks throughout the day.

Experience:
Your past experiences will set the stage for your success in this role:

  • Demonstrated experience in an analytical, problem-solving business environment.
  • Experience in industries such as construction, plant hire, or similar services.
  • A proven track record of effective communication with both external and internal stakeholders.
