**YOUR ROLE**

As the National Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive the promotion of our comprehensive service portfolio to both existing and potential customers. Your strategic focus will be on enhancing company revenue and profitability by effectively retaining current clients and securing new business opportunities across various sectors through adept leadership of the Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL) sales team.

You will be instrumental in fostering strong customer relationships, implementing innovative sales strategies, and ensuring the sustained growth of CEVA FVL in this dynamic and competitive marketplace.

**WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?**

Specifically, you will:

- Manage state-based sales teams in each region, assess sales performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, and provide mentorship on industry best practices. Offer personalised development opportunities where applicable
- Manage C View (company CRM) uploads for every FVL opportunity, ensuring the comprehensive capture, measurement, and relevance of all potential opportunities
- Collaborate with the GM Business Development - FVL to align FVL targets and achievements with CL cluster targets
- Coordinate with the Accounts Receivable Officer to monitor all collections, ensuring visibility and plans to address any delayed payments. Additionally, ensure that the sales team is evaluated based on collection results
- Provide the FVL Senior Leadership Team with insight into sales achievements across each transactional segment. Deliver frequent reports and chair meetings aligned with both Field Sales and Customer Care Centre status
- Actively cross-promote new business opportunities across different segments of CEVA by collaborating with each sales area
- Support the business with national contracts and engage with customers to foster national growth
- Develop pricing, service, and product strategies to deliver innovative solutions to prospective customers
- Prepare and present proposals to clients, ensuring negotiation is in line with company procedures
- Collaborate with staff across all lines of business to promote and secure new business for CEVA.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Tertiary-level qualification in logistics / supply chain, business / commerce, or related field
- Experience managing, coaching and developing teams (remote resources management a bonus)
- Strong financial literacy, including budget and P&L management
- Exceptional communication, presentation, customer and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, and capacity to learn and adapt to new systems and technology
- Flexibility to travel interstate as required and attend APAC meetings / calls out of business hours.
