About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Quad Lock as our new IT Support Administrator, reporting directly to our CFO. In this role, you'll play a vital part in maintaining and optimising our local hardware and software solutions, serving as the go-to person across the business for IT support.

What You'll Do:
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for local hardware and software solutions and provide guidance on applications
  • Conduct image/reimage, break-fix/hardware refresh, etc. of local IT hardware (e.g. workstations, printers, wifi, etc)
  • Provide hands-on support for all local IT infrastructure for planned, and unplanned, outages and turnarounds
  • Assist remote team members with IT needs (China, US, EU, UK)
  • Supporting change management with a focus on service provider management
  • Act as onsite contact and coordinator for technicians, outside vendors, and service providers
  • Assure communication to end users about IT Services including translation of IT-related announcements
  • Responsible for full end-to-end lifecycle asset management: Procurement to disposal
  • Support inventory management including high-value asset recording
  • Support and participate in site projects, enhancements, IT projects, compliance projects
  • Act as an IT representative and coordinator between business and vendors
What You'll Bring to the Role:
  • Formal qualifications in IT with proven experience in IT Service Desk, Helpdesk, Desktop Support or similar with a focus on end-user support and coordination
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication
  • Proficient in both Windows and Apple environments
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment dealing with conflicting priorities that require initiative, flexibility, adaptability, and analytical problem identification/solving skills
  • Highly motivated, with a positive outlook and a hands-on approach
  • Ability to articulate technical topics to non-technical audiences
  • Proficient in the administration of Cloud Based services (Google Suite, Office 365 etc)
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong documentation skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Displays a commitment to quality and applies a thorough approach to their work
