We are based in Melbourne, and we are seeking an Office Administrator to be a vital part of our dynamic and innovative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding new clients by efficiently processing their registration and guiding them through our services.
  • Handling administrative duties including scheduling, managing client files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinating with our service teams to ensure efficient operation of the organisation.
  • Ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of information by accurately updating and maintaining our client database.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and professional image of My Support Services is maintained at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A compassionate approach to customer service, understanding the needs and concerns of our clients.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Knowledge about the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) would be an advantage but not a prerequisite.
