At the forefront of the sector, our client has been building / developing for over 50 years from luxury homes to high density towers.

They have over $400m worth of assets and a turnover of $200 - $300m.

The Role
Currently operating from a lean team, they are looking to double in the next 6 months and therefore require a stellar EA to provide one on one support to the CEO (predominantly) as well as to the C-suite team when needed

A pivotal role for the business, your day to day will include:

  • Calendar and meeting management
  • Being the communications link between Departments to ensure everyone is informed and aid swift decision making
  • Take meeting notes, distribute and chase delivery of action items
  • Paralegal style tasks such as followingup solicitors, interpreting terms
  • Support in the development lifecycle

About You

  • You will have 4+ years similar experience within a building, construction or development company
  • Passionate, hungry to deliver and a collaborative team player with a positive attitude
  • Highly organised and efficient in your approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A good understanding of the processes involved in Residential Construction
