What you will be doing:

An exciting new position has opened for an experienced Administration Officer to join the Lemongrove Campus team.

The Administrator/Scheduler is responsible for the provision of administrative and clerical services supporting efficient and effective delivery of Home Support Assessments by their Regional Assessment Service including updating the central client record with key service events and initiating client reassessments as and when required.


We are in search for a team member who will be managing day-to-day activities in relation to waitlist, bookings, and maintaining the registration system.

The workload is varied and will entail collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

An eligibility list may be created for future vacancies.

Selection Criteria to be Addressed:

  • Understanding of and/or experience in the health and aged care service sectors desirable.
  • Previous experience in waitlist management and booking systems.
  • Welldeveloped written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated computer skills with capacity to learn and use electronic reporting systems.
  • Good organisational and problemsolving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Current NSW State drivers licence (including P1 or above) and willingness to use for work purposes.
