Position based in Albany Creek, North Brisbane
The Role:
As a Case Manager (Clinical), you'll be at the forefront of creating a happy, safe, and welcoming environment for those in the Albany Creek retirement communities.
With your excellent communication and leadership skills, you'll build strong relationships with residents and external providers to make sure everyone feels at home.
Requirements/Skills
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Management experience in Aged Care or Home Care desired
- Sound knowledge of Home Care packages
- Registered Nursing qualification
