We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services to young people aged 12-25 years.
About the RoleAs a Clinical Services Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing comprehensive mental health assessments and developing personalized treatment plans
- Delivering evidence-based interventions and group work programs
- Collaborating with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to achieve better health outcomes
- Participating in quality improvement activities to enhance client care and service delivery
You will work closely with our Senior Intake Officer to monitor and manage client pathways, ensuring seamless transitions between services.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- General or Provisional AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Mental Health Occupational Therapist, Mental Health Nurse, or Social Worker with AASW registration/eligibility
- Demonstrated knowledge and skill to undertake routine clinical practice with a superior understanding within the continuum of care
- Ability to participate in a multidisciplinary team and establish effective partnerships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to the professional development of self and others through education, professional networking, and application of evidence-based practice
