Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Brief Intervention Clinician to join our team. As a Brief Intervention Clinician, you will be responsible for delivering contemporary level of profession-specific clinical services, assessment, and treatment to young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Brief Interventions to a caseload of young people, utilizing the Brief Intervention Model of care.
  • Participate as a member of the mental health team in providing comprehensive mental health assessment, case coordination, and intervention.
  • Provide Brief Interventions to young people on the waitlist for private providers, in accordance with treatment recommendations.
  • Complete intake assessments as required.
Requirements
  • Must have one of the following: General or Provisional AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Mental Health Occupational Therapist, Mental Health Nurse, or Social Worker with AASW registration/eligibility.
  • Demonstrated highly competent level of knowledge and skill to undertake routine clinical practice.
  • Demonstrated ability to participate in a multidisciplinary team and contribute to the professional development of self and others.
