Job SummaryWe are seeking a Clinical Services Specialist to join our team at headspace Centres. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering contemporary clinical services, including assessment, treatment, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and case management services to young people aged 12-25 years.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance client care and service delivery.
- Liaise with Senior Intake Officers to monitor and manage client pathways.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based clinical care as a member of the multidisciplinary team.
- Must have one of the following: General or Provisional AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Mental Health Occupational Therapist, Mental Health Nurse, or Social Worker with AASW registration/eligibility.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skill to undertake routine clinical practice with a superior understanding within the continuum of care.
- Ability to participate in a multidisciplinary team and establish effective partnerships with government and non-government service providers.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to the professional development of self and others through education and professional networking.
- Paying on HPSS Level 3 plus Super.
