Job Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Services Specialist to join our team at headspace Centres. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering contemporary clinical services, including assessment, treatment, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and case management services to young people aged 12-25 years.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance client care and service delivery.
  • Liaise with Senior Intake Officers to monitor and manage client pathways.
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based clinical care as a member of the multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
  • Must have one of the following: General or Provisional AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Mental Health Occupational Therapist, Mental Health Nurse, or Social Worker with AASW registration/eligibility.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skill to undertake routine clinical practice with a superior understanding within the continuum of care.
  • Ability to participate in a multidisciplinary team and establish effective partnerships with government and non-government service providers.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to the professional development of self and others through education and professional networking.
