An exciting 12 month opportunity for an Insurance Coordinator to join our Private Bank.

As the Insurance Coordinator, you will:

  • obtain all insurance quotes for advisers from top 3 providers as per research
- complete retail insurance due diligence and product comparisons
- complete medical questionnaires and pre-assessments with clients, as required
- ensure client records and policy information is up to date in Xplan
- maintain relationships with advisers, their support staff and their clients

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • comprehensive and demonstrated working knowledge of personal risk insurance products and implementation
- excel at developing adviser & client relationships, have a passion for administration and be a reliable and enthusiastic team member
- proactive, with the ability to problem solve and have the ability to not only work within a team but also autonomously
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written is essential
- high attention to detail with the ability to work through a multitude of tasks in a timely manner
- working knowledge of Xplan and the advice process will also be highly advantageous
