We are a dynamic, multifaceted business seeking an Business Systems & Projects Officer, with passion and drive to support the business.

**Your new role**
This role reports to MIGA's Business Systems Manager, and is responsible for:

- Administrative support across the Business Systems & Projects team
- Working closely with and providing support to the Business Systems Analysts and Project Manager in relation to allocated projects and operantional tasks
- Maintaining Business Systems & Project documentation and records
- Organising meetings and providng administrative support
- Proactively contributing to business process improvement capability to drive a unified customer-centric culture.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role, you will have:

- Recent experience as an administrative officer in a Technology or Project department
- Recent experience as a Project Administration Officer (or similar) working on a major project or projects
- Working within project management methodology including project guidelines, principles and templates
- Experience in administration of documentation and coordination including scheduling meetings, documenting minutes/actions/issues/risks
- High level of capability with using Mircosoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- High level of organisational capabilities
- Experience reconciling budgets
- Certificate in Office Administration or equivalent.
