We are a wholesale company in the Moorabbin area, seeking a warehouse office assistant/ receptionist.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:


  • Generating pick lists, invoices and statements:

Liaising with the warehouse and freight companies:

Data entry:

Other adhoc duties

Skills & Requirements:

Advanced in Microsoft Excel is essential:

A can-do attitude:

Organised and can multi task:

Hard-working and reliable:

Have an attention to deal
Work hours are 9:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday (No weekends)

Previous experience is desirable but not essential if you are a fast and eager learner.

This is an excellent opportunity and the position is offered at full time basis.
