About the role:

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and team members. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a positive and welcoming experience for everyone who interacts with our organization. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a professional and organized front office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and packages.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and employees.
  • Assist clients with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information about our products/services.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and support other administrative functions as needed.

Communication:

  • Effectively communicate with team members to relay important messages and updates.
  • Notify relevant staff of visitor arrivals and appointments.

Maintain office Area:

  • Ensure the office area is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.

What you need to be successful in this role:

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
