**About the role**:
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and team members. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a positive and welcoming experience for everyone who interacts with our organization. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a professional and organized front office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Front Desk Operations**:

- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Manage and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and employees.
- Assist clients with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information about our products/services.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and support other administrative functions as needed.
- **Communication**:

- Effectively communicate with team members to relay important messages and updates.
- Notify relevant staff of visitor arrivals and appointments.
- **Maintain office Area**:

- Ensure the office area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.

**What you need to be successful in this role**:

- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
