About the role:

This position is available immediately and will be in a permanent full-time capacity.

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Set up and maintenance of projects in Vision ERP Software in accordance with contract and client requirements
  • Prepare and issue a high volume of monthly client invoices/progress claims
  • Update and maintain Jobs in Progress spreadsheet to facilitate Job Managers in accurate forecasting
  • Assist with collections including invoice corrections and responding to client requests
  • Conducting investigations and reconciliations on project accounts
  • Month-End close processes to ensure revenue is allocated correctly within projects and is in line with forecasted amounts
  • Regular and ad hoc reporting of project account information
  • Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of Project Accounts processes

The talent you'll bring:
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (e.g. proficient with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF functions, basic macros, conditional formatting)
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot
  • Highly organised with time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Process driven with a high level of attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate with team members, stakeholders and clients
  • Work effectively to meet deadlines, both independently and as part of a close team

  • Demonstrate professionalism and objectivity in all work matters
  • Maintains discretion and confidentiality
  • Construction / building industry experience highly desirable
