Accounts Receivable Officer
$40/hr plus uperHybrid WFH3 month tempAs the Accounts Receivable Officer, you are responsible for managing debt collections for people2people's Australian and the United Kingdom entitities. Ensuring sustainable cash flow for the business. You collaborate with consultants and managers to address unpaid invoices and client disputes. You oversee the daily remittance allocations and bank reconciliation process. Additionally, you enhance our reputation with external clients by supporting the front office in collection and related services. You are recognized as the Accounts Receivable expert, providing consultation to peers both within and outside the finance team.

Responsibilities:
Telephone collections to meet daily KPIsReconcile debtors accounts, allocate remittancesSend payment reminders to clientsCollaborate with consultants, managers, and external agents on unpaid invoicesNegotiate payment plans with clientsRecord activity logs in Xero & STRIDER CRMDebtors Ledger Maintenance:
Update client contact details and credit termsCorrect invoice errors, raise credit notesInvestigate payment variancesWeekly debriefs on bad debt provisionsEnsure timely invoicingReporting & Compliance:
Weekly outstanding invoice reportsSupport internal and external auditsMaintain client data confidentialityCustomer Service:
