The Company
Our client is a leading player in the automotive services sector operating in the distribution, retail and logistics markets within excess of 1,500 employees across Australia. They are looking for a customer service representative to join their team.

The Role
You will be working in a team supporting the aftersales teams, providing optimal customer service in a proactive and informative manner in support of business objectives. As a Customer Service Representative your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Handling inbound customer enquiries
  • Ringing customers to remind them they have a service booked in
  • Responsible for ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service to all customers (internal and external)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday rotating roster 7.30am – 6.30pm
  • Location: Rydalmere, 2116
  • Salary: $60,000 + Superannuation

You
As a successful Customer Service Representative, you will offer:

  • Experience within a call center/contact center is preferred
