The Role
In this fulltime role, based in corporate offices in Richmond, you will be responsible for planning, delivering and managing selected internal and external branded events for Epworth HealthCare, managing promotional and branded items and supporting onsite activations across the group.
You will make an impact by:
Planning and organising branded events to drive engagement or commemorate milestones
Managing the sourcing, production and distribution of branded merchandise
Executing group and onsite activations
Coordinating all operations from event development, event delivery and post event review
Managing budgets and all contractual arrangements
To be successful in this role
Being organised and attention to detail will be second nature to you. You will be friendly, approachable, keen to learn and have excellent interpersonal skills.
You will have
4+ years of experience as event coordinator or similar role with a portfolio of successful events
Demonstrated exceptional event management, organisation and planning skills applied in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
Willingness to work outside of normal business hours (occasionally) and the ability to travel to multiple sites (Intrastate, KMs reimbursed)
Ability to work efficiently, prioritise and manage deadlines and budgets
Adapts to changing circumstances and addresses what is important
