About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wholesale Business Coordinator to join our team at Accent Group Limited. As a key member of our wholesale operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering strong operations for our wholesale brands.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver key operational objectives for the wholesale business, ensuring timely and accurate execution of tasks.
  • Support the wholesale brand managers and wider business to drive operational efficiency and better business outcomes.
  • Assist with the execution of brand costings and product setup processes from start to finish.
  • Source assets, create drafts, and proof brand catalogues to ensure high-quality output.
  • Order samples from principals, arrange upkeep, packing lists, and dispatch to sales teams/customers as required.
  • Run key stock reports, including clearance, free stock, SKU count, free later, and ad-hoc reports to drive sales and profitability.
  • Attend brand range releases, conferences, weekly sales meetings, and relevant operations and brand communications.
  • Assist with weekly sell-through reports, key account line lists/reports/information, and brand/product reports as required.
  • Own the upkeep of the sales calendar, ensuring clear communication to the wholesale team and wider Accent business.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Excel skills, with proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and AP21 (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to drive operational efficiency and better business outcomes.
