About the role:

This role of Compensation & Benefits Specialist is bifold:

To improve process and drive success through HR analytics and to in optimising workforce planning strategies, providing data-driven recommendation, reports and dashboards to support decision making; To design and implement total rewards programs, by working closely with our Global Team to apply global frameworks to our local teams.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Design / implement and administer total rewards programs in line with our Global framework by working together with our Total Rewards Centre of Expertise Conduct Market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and compliance with country regulations and industry standards. Work closely with HR Operations, HR Business Partners and HR Director for compensations and bonuses calculations Colllaborate with with Headquarter Total Reward Centre of Expertise and Local HR team to develop Compensation and Benefits framework Guarantee smooth execution of monthly Head Count/Full Time Equivalent/Labor cost processes Support the yearly Head Count/Full Time Equivalent/Labor cost budgeting process Ensure the production of reports on all quantitative data relating to the management of the workforce, working hours, training, including the HR section of the extra-financial report Support in the Job evaluations process and the job banding definition Provide data, reports , dashboard to support labour forecast decisions and recommend data driven solutions Generate operational reports and analyse data to identify continuous improvement opportunities Process data changes related to the above processes in HR System where needed (ERP: Oracle) Process all transactions related to the above processes. Process HR transactions and payments Support the deployment of organisational effectiveness initiatives and manage key topics and programs on headcount planning for the Country Drive key HR projects as project lead to ensure the adoption of the Global HR operating model Maintain HR systems (including data quality) and perform configuration activities Ensure compliance with local rules & legislations in personnel administration and Total Reward processes

About you:

Bachelor's degree Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Finance or other related field Demonstrated understanding of HR, forecasting, fast paced environments Advanced skills Excel, Power Bi, Tableau Experience in data analytics and in workforce planning in a retail organisation or similar Experience in industries and Projects where customer satisfaction is the key High proficiency using MS Office Suite Experience with HRIS (Oracle or other) Experience in working in a matrix organisation
