Culture Amp is the world's leading employee experience platform, empowering companies to create a better world of work. We're seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to accelerate our capability in building and enhancing our machine learning platform powered by AI, LLMs.

About the Role

As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, you'll work with data scientists and other engineers to provide a central LLM gateway that enables product teams across Culture Amp to leverage the power of Gen AI to build impactful features. You'll be responsible for:

  • Participating in code reviews, architecture discussions, and contributing to best practices in ML engineering
  • Collaborating and guiding other engineers in your team through pair/mob programming, writing solution designs, or giving feedback on pull requests
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies and integrating them into our products
  • Coaching and uplifting other engineers in the team
  • Playing a tech lead role for the team and working with leadership to define long-term technical vision
About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about machine learning, AI, and LLMs, and has a strong background in Python software engineering. You should have experience with various stages of the ML lifecycle and MLOps, as well as familiarity with machine learning libraries and cloud platforms.
